AI Bot OKRA™ – Product Terms of Use

AI Bot OKRA™ provides a structured automated assistant designed to respond to customer inquiries, guide users, and capture information through predefined conversational workflows.

This product is intended for basic business automation and does not include advanced artificial intelligence systems, fully autonomous decision-making, or enterprise-scale AI infrastructure unless separately agreed in writing.

The base price for AI Bot OKRA™ is $399 USD.

This price includes only the features and scope explicitly listed in these Terms. Any additional functionality, integrations, or system requirements outside this scope require additional fees.

The AI Bot OKRA™ base product includes:

• One (1) automated chatbot or response assistant
• A custom conversation structure based on Client-provided use case
• Basic response logic and flow
• Lead capture or inquiry handling functionality
• Integration with one platform (such as website, SMS, or social channel)

The bot is designed as a structured assistant and not as a fully adaptive or continuously learning system.

The Client must provide all company materials required for the AI Bot to perform and respond appropriately.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• business information
• services and offerings
• response tone and intent
• key questions and expected responses
• policies, procedures, or guidelines relevant to customer interaction

This information is essential for the bot to function accurately for the Client’s business.

If sufficient materials are not provided, NBLK® may create a generalized structure based on typical use cases, which may not fully reflect the Client’s business operations.

The Client is fully responsible for:

• the accuracy and completeness of all provided materials
• reviewing all bot responses prior to and after deployment
• ensuring responses remain accurate over time

NBLK® is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate responses resulting from insufficient, outdated, or inaccurate Client-provided materials.

AI Bot OKRA™ follows the standard OKRA™ design process:

• A conversation structure or workflow is created after deposit
• One (1) revision round is included at the design stage
• All revisions must be submitted in a single consolidated request

Failure to respond within the 72-hour review window results in automatic approval and progression to build.

AI Bot OKRA™ requires a hosting and processing environment to operate. This includes:

• compute resources
• data storage
• conversation handling systems
• integration infrastructure

The following are not included in the base AI Bot OKRA™ product:

• advanced AI training or custom machine learning models
• real-time learning or continuous model updates
• multi-platform deployment beyond one integration
• complex backend systems or large-scale automation
• guaranteed accuracy of responses
• legal, financial, or medical advisory functionality
• ongoing monitoring or moderation
• unlimited revisions

Any of the above may be available as add-ons at additional cost.

The AI Bot is intended to assist with general customer interaction.

It must not be relied upon for:

• legal advice
• medical advice
• financial decisions

The Client is responsible for how the bot is used and presented to end users.

After wireframe or conversation structure approval, the bot is typically delivered within approximately seven (7) days.

This timeline depends on:

• Client responsiveness
• clarity of use case
• integration requirements

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Upon full payment:

• the Client owns the bot structure, scripts, and configuration

Until full payment:

• NBLK® retains ownership
• the bot may not be transferred or independently deployed by the Client

If hosted on NBLK® systems, ownership does not include infrastructure unless separately transferred.

AI Bot OKRA™ provides automated responses based on defined logic and prompts. NBLK® does not guarantee:

• response accuracy
• completeness of information
• uninterrupted operation

The Client is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the bot over time.

The Client is responsible for:

• monitoring conversations
• updating responses as needed
• ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• managing infrastructure if self-hosted

NBLK® is not responsible for how the bot is used after deployment.

NBLK® reserves the right to refuse or terminate AI bot development for use cases involving:

• illegal activity
• harmful or deceptive interactions
• abusive or discriminatory automation

By purchasing AI Bot OKRA™, the Client confirms they understand:

• the bot requires an active system to function
• monthly fees apply if using NBLK® infrastructure
• the bot’s accuracy depends on the materials they provide
• anything not explicitly listed is not included
