These Automation and Systems Consulting Terms apply to any request by the Client for advanced workflow automation, system design, or process optimization beyond standard OKRA™ Products.
- Service Overview
Automation and Systems Consulting provides evaluation, planning, and potential development of custom automated workflows and internal systems.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- automated payment systems
- quote generation systems
- scheduling and booking automation
- workflow automation and task routing
- backend process automation
- system integrations across tools and platforms
- internal business process optimization
This service is not part of any base OKRA™ Product and is not included in standard pricing.
- Consultation Requirement
All automation and systems work begins with a consultation.
The purpose of this consultation is to:
- understand the Client’s business processes
- assess current systems and tools
- identify automation opportunities
- determine technical feasibility
- define scope and complexity
No development work will begin without this evaluation.
- Custom Scope and Pricing
Automation and systems development is custom in nature and varies significantly based on:
- system complexity
- number of workflows
- integrations required
- data structure and processing needs
- level of automation desired
As a result:
- no fixed base price is offered
- all work will be quoted after consultation
- pricing may be project-based, hourly, or phased
NBLK® reserves the right to decline projects that exceed reasonable scope or fall outside supported systems.
- Client System Requirements
The Client must provide:
- access to existing tools, platforms, or systems
- clear explanation of current workflows
- willingness to adapt or restructure processes if needed
If systems are not in place, additional setup or infrastructure may be required at additional cost.
- Limitations
Automation services do not guarantee:
- full elimination of manual work
- error-free operation
- compatibility with all third-party platforms
- scalability beyond initial design without further development
Some processes may require ongoing refinement or maintenance.
- Ownership
Ownership of automation systems follows the same structure as OKRA™ Products:
- full ownership is transferred upon full payment
- NBLK® retains ownership of any unpaid work
- reusable frameworks and internal methodologies remain the property of NBLK®
- Ongoing Services
Some automation systems may require:
- ongoing monitoring
- maintenance
- updates due to platform changes
These services are not included unless separately agreed and may be billed monthly or per request.
- Acceptance
By requesting Automation and Systems Consulting, the Client acknowledges:
- this is a custom service, not a fixed product
- pricing will be determined after consultation
- scope may evolve based on system complexity
- anything not explicitly agreed is not included
