These Dashboard OKRA™ Product Terms of Use (“Dashboard Terms”) are part of the OKRA™ Master Terms of Service and apply specifically to the Dashboard OKRA™ product.
- Product Overview
Dashboard OKRA™ provides a structured data dashboard designed to visualize key business metrics and support operational insight.
This product is intended for basic reporting and visibility and does not replace full enterprise analytics systems or data engineering infrastructure unless separately agreed in writing.
- Base Price
The base price for Dashboard OKRA™ is $399 USD.
This price includes only the features and scope explicitly listed in these Terms. Any additional functionality, integrations, or data work outside this scope require additional fees.
- Scope of Service
The Dashboard OKRA™ base product includes:
- One (1) dashboard interface (typically one page)
- Visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Up to three (3) data source connections
- Basic charts, tables, or reporting panels
- Structured layout for business insights
The dashboard is designed for clarity and usability and is not a fully custom analytics system.
- Data and Access Requirements
Dashboard OKRA™ requires access to data in order to function.
The Client must provide one of the following:
- direct access to their data source(s), or
- structured data files, or
- ongoing data updates at agreed intervals
NBLK® must have access to the underlying data used to build and maintain the dashboard.
If the Client is unable or unwilling to provide consistent data access:
- dashboard accuracy and functionality cannot be guaranteed
- NBLK® is not responsible for incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate dashboards resulting from insufficient data access.
- Dashboard Platform Requirements
5.1 Client-Provided Dashboard Platform
If the Client has an existing dashboard system such as:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Google Looker Studio
- or similar platform
Then:
- the Client must provide access to that platform
- NBLK® will build the dashboard within that environment
Once completed:
- no monthly platform fee is charged by NBLK®
- the Client is responsible for maintaining platform access and licensing
NBLK® is not responsible for platform limitations, licensing issues, or outages.
5.2 NBLK®-Provided Dashboard Environment
If the Client does not have a dashboard platform:
- the dashboard will be created using an NBLK®-preferred system
- the dashboard will be shared with the Client for viewing and embedding into their website or interface
In this case:
- NBLK® retains control of the dashboard environment
- continued access may depend on active service or hosting arrangements
If data storage or infrastructure is required:
- database storage may be provided at $10 USD per month
- Data Update Responsibility
Dashboard OKRA™ does not include continuous automated data engineering unless separately agreed.
The Client is responsible for:
- ensuring data is available and updated
- maintaining integrations if self-managed
If NBLK® is not directly connected to live data:
- the Client must provide updated data at agreed intervals
If data is not provided:
- the dashboard may become outdated or inaccurate
NBLK® is not responsible for decisions made based on outdated or incomplete data.
- What Is Not Included
The following are not included in the base Dashboard OKRA™ product:
- full data warehouse or database architecture
- complex ETL (extract, transform, load) pipelines
- real-time streaming data systems
- advanced predictive analytics or machine learning
- unlimited data sources
- ongoing data maintenance or updates
- enterprise reporting systems
- unlimited revisions
Any of the above may be available as add-ons at additional cost.
- Hosting and Data Storage
If database storage or backend infrastructure is required to support the dashboard:
- it may be provided at $10 USD per month
- If payment for storage is not maintained: dashboard functionality or data access may be limited or suspended
- NBLK® is not responsible for data loss resulting from non-payment or service interruption.
- Delivery Timeline
After wireframe or dashboard layout approval, the dashboard is typically delivered within approximately seven (7) days.
This timeline depends on:
- data availability
- Client responsiveness
- platform access
- integration complexity
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Ownership
Upon full payment:
- the Client owns the dashboard design and structure
Ownership of the underlying platform or infrastructure depends on:
- whether the Client or NBLK® provides the system
Until full payment is completed:
- NBLK® retains ownership
- the dashboard may not be transferred or reused by the Client
- Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Dashboard OKRA™ visualizes data provided or made accessible by the Client.
NBLK® does not guarantee:
- accuracy of underlying data
- completeness of data sources
- correctness of business decisions based on the dashboard
The Client is responsible for verifying all data and interpretations.
- Client Responsibility After Delivery
The Client is responsible for:
- maintaining data sources
- ensuring data accuracy
- managing platform access if self-hosted
- using the dashboard appropriately
NBLK® is not responsible for how the dashboard is used after delivery.
- Right to Refuse Service
NBLK® reserves the right to refuse or terminate dashboard development for:
- illegal data usage
- unauthorized data access
- misleading or manipulative reporting practices
- Acceptance
By purchasing Dashboard OKRA™, the Client confirms they understand:
- the dashboard depends on access to accurate data
- platform access or infrastructure may be required
- ongoing accuracy depends on data availability
- anything not explicitly listed is not included
