Google Visibility OKRA™ – Product Terms of Use

Google Visibility OKRA™ provides foundational setup and optimization to help a business become discoverable on Google platforms, including search and local listings.

This product focuses on structure, configuration, and visibility signals. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or specific business outcomes.

The base price for Google Visibility OKRA™ is $199 USD.

This product must be paid in full prior to the start of work.

No deposit option or payment plan is available for this product.

Due to the nature of the work being configuration-based and completed upon delivery, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

The Google Visibility OKRA™ base product may include:

• Google Business Profile setup or optimization
• Business information alignment across Google services
• Basic on-site SEO structure improvements
• Implementation of structured data (schema markup)
• Basic HTML updates to support search indexing
• XML sitemap setup or optimization
• Connection of website to Google tools (such as Search Console)
• SEO description writing and metadata setup

Where applicable, NBLK® may:

• build additional supporting pages for SEO purposes
• generate code for implementation
• directly implement updates within the Client’s website

To complete the work, the Client may be required to provide access to their website or platform.

This may include platforms such as:

• Squarespace
• Wix
• WordPress
• or other website builders

The Client must provide appropriate access, such as contributor or admin permissions, to allow implementation.

If access is not provided:

• NBLK® may instead provide the Client with code, instructions, or files for manual implementation
• NBLK® is not responsible for incorrect implementation by the Client

The Client is responsible for:

• providing accurate business information
• ensuring consistency of name, address, and contact details
• maintaining their Google Business Profile after setup
• responding to customer reviews and engagement

NBLK® is not responsible for ongoing management of listings unless separately agreed.

The following are not included in the base Google Visibility OKRA™ product:

• guaranteed search rankings
• ongoing SEO management or monthly optimization
• backlink building or outreach campaigns
• content marketing or blog writing beyond basic setup
• paid advertising (Google Ads)
• ongoing updates or monitoring
• competitive SEO strategy

Any of the above may be available as additional services at additional cost.

Google Visibility work is typically completed within approximately seven (7) days.

This timeline depends on:

• Client responsiveness
• access to platforms
• verification processes within Google systems

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Search visibility depends on many external factors, including:

• competition
• location
• industry
• user behavior
• Google’s algorithms

NBLK® does not guarantee:

• ranking position
• traffic levels
• lead generation or revenue

Upon full payment:

• the Client owns all implemented changes, configurations, and provided code

If code or files are provided instead of direct implementation:

• the Client assumes responsibility for deployment and maintenance

Google Visibility OKRA™ relies on third-party platforms including Google services. NBLK® is not responsible for:

• changes to Google algorithms
• account suspensions or restrictions
• delays in verification processes
• platform outages or policy changes

NBLK® reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for businesses that:

• provide misleading or false information
• violate Google policies
• engage in prohibited or unethical practices

By purchasing Google Visibility OKRA™, the Client confirms they understand:

• this is a one-time setup service
• payment is required in full before work begins
• results are influenced by external factors beyond NBLK®’s control
• anything not explicitly listed is not included
