These Automation OKRA™ Product Terms of Use (“Automation Terms”) are part of the OKRA™ Master Terms of Service and apply specifically to the Automation OKRA™ add-on, which extends an existing OKRA™ website, app, or rebuild.

Automation OKRA™ helps reduce manual work, streamline operations, and connect your tools behind the scenes — as an extension of an OKRA™ build you already have or are purchasing.
This add-on is intended for structured workflow improvements and does not include full enterprise system design, large-scale custom software, or complex database architecture unless separately agreed in writing.

- Eligibility
Automation OKRA™ may only be purchased as an add-on to:
- Website OKRA™
- App OKRA™
- Website / App Rebuild OKRA™
- or another OKRA™ Product already in progress with NBLK®
It is not a standalone product.
- Pricing
Automation OKRA™ is quoted based on scope and complexity. Unless otherwise stated in writing, simple backend automation or workflow builds may be priced within the range described in the Master Terms (typically $75 to $150 USD per build, depending on complexity).
Additional builds, changes, or enhancements beyond the initial implementation will incur additional fees.
- Scope of Service
Automation OKRA™ may include, depending on agreed scope:
- basic workflow or notification automation
- connections between agreed tools or platforms
- structured handoffs between forms, email, or simple integrations
- reduction of repetitive manual steps tied to the OKRA™ build
Exact deliverables are defined in the quote or written agreement for the add-on.
- Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide:
- access to required accounts, APIs, or platforms
- clear description of the process to automate
- timely approvals and responses
NBLK® is not responsible for automation failures caused by third-party platform changes, revoked access, or incomplete Client information.
- What Is Not Included
The following are not included in standard Automation OKRA™ unless separately quoted:
- custom enterprise databases or full system rebuilds
- unlimited integrations or ongoing maintenance
- payment gateway or complex e-commerce automation
- guaranteed business outcomes or revenue results
- Ownership and Payment
Ownership and payment terms for Automation OKRA™ follow the OKRA™ Master Terms and apply upon full payment of the agreed add-on price together with the base Product, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Acceptance
By purchasing Automation OKRA™, the Client confirms they understand:
- this is an add-on to an existing or in-progress OKRA™ Product
- scope and pricing are defined in the applicable quote
- advanced systems work may require separate consulting terms
