Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ – Product Terms of Use

These Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ Product Terms of Use (“Rebuild Terms”) are part of the OKRA™ Master Terms of Service and apply specifically to the Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ product. This page covers rebuilds of an existing website or app only. If you are starting fresh, or you need a new app, see the cross-references at the end of these Terms.

  1. Product Overview

Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ is for Clients who already have a website or web application and need it rebuilt on OKRA™ owned infrastructure — with a cleaner structure, refreshed design, and a foundation the Client owns.

This product is not a full custom enterprise rebuild, migration of complex legacy systems, or unlimited scope redesign unless separately agreed in writing.

  2. Base Price

The base price for Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ is $399 USD.

This price includes only the features and scope explicitly listed in these Terms. Additional pages, integrations, migrations, or functionality outside this scope require additional fees.

  3. Deposit and Project Start

A $100 USD refundable deposit is required to begin your project. The deposit:

    • reserves your project slot and starts your wireframe (the initial layout of your rebuild),
    • is applied toward your base price when the project moves into build,
    • is fully refundable if you review your wireframe and decide not to continue within the 72-hour review window described in the Design Process and Revision section below.

Once the wireframe is approved—either by you approving it, or by the 72-hour window passing without a response—the deposit is applied to your total and the build begins.

  4. Included Consultation

Your Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ project includes up to sixty (60) minutes of live consultation, split across the project:

    • Initial consultation: up to thirty (30) minutes to review your current site and plan your rebuild.
    • Revision-round follow-up: up to thirty (30) minutes during your revision round, if needed once you become a client.

This is enough time for us to understand what you have and rebuild it right. Keeping our sessions focused is part of what keeps our pricing low—the low cost depends on efficient, well-prepared consultations.

Work that goes beyond a structured rebuild—full migration of complex databases or legacy codebases, a larger custom build, or deeper product discovery, data, or automation strategy—is handled under the NBLK® Consulting Services Agreement (Form CSA-121-N1) at NBLK®’s standard consulting rate, with a two-hour minimum. We will always let you know before anything becomes billable.

  5. Scope of Service

The Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ base product includes:

    • Review of the Client's current website or application URL and stated needs
    • Rebuild on OKRA™ owned infrastructure
    • Refresh of up to four (4) pages or primary screens
    • CMS access to update content after delivery
    • Mobile-responsive layout for standard devices
    • Application of Client-provided branding where supplied

The rebuild uses structured OKRA™ layouts and workflows. It does not include unlimited custom development unless otherwise stated.

  6. Client Information Requirements

    The Client must provide:

    • the current website or app URL
    • a clear description of what should be improved or rebuilt
    • approximate page or screen count
    • branding and content where available

NBLK® is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible URLs, missing credentials, or incomplete scope information.

  7. Design Process and Revision

Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ follows the standard OKRA™ design process:

    • A wireframe or structured rebuild plan is created after deposit
    • One (1) revision round is included at the wireframe or concept stage
    • The Client must submit all revision requests in a single consolidated submission

Additional revision rounds beyond the included round will require additional fees.

Failure to respond within the 72-hour review window will result in automatic approval and progression to build, as described in the Master Terms.

  8. Recommended Approach: Start With Your Core Rebuild

The best results—and the lowest cost—come from getting your core rebuild live first, then letting real response guide what you add next.

Once your refreshed foundation is live, you will see clearly what to build on top of it. Each addition can then be made as a small, separate build, quoted individually and scheduled after your rebuild ships. This keeps your cost low and your project moving, and avoids the delays and added cost that come from trying to define everything up front.

  9. Add-Ons

Add-ons extend your rebuilt site beyond the base scope. They are quoted separately, priced per the current OKRA™ add-on pricing, and are typically sequenced after your rebuild ships.

You can add them whenever you are ready—there is no need to decide everything at the start.

  10. Database, Automation, and Backend Systems

A base Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ build does not include a database, automation, or custom algorithms. If you add these:

    • A basic managed database is available at $10 USD per month.
    • Backend setup, workflows, and automation are quoted separately per current OKRA™ add-on pricing.
    • Full migration of complex databases or legacy codebases, and substantial data, automation, or algorithm work, is handled through our parent company, NBLK® LLC, under a separate consulting agreement (Form CSA-121-N1) and a separate build agreement.

If you move to your own infrastructure, your raw data is transferred to you securely, recurring fees stop, and you become responsible for your database, automation, and compliance from that point forward.

  11. What Is Not Included

The following are not included in the base Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ product:

    • full migration of complex databases or legacy codebases
    • unlimited pages or screens beyond the included scope
    • advanced e-commerce, membership, or enterprise integrations
    • ongoing maintenance or optimization after delivery
    • legal compliance certification or policy drafting
    • guaranteed search rankings or business outcomes

Any of the above may be available as separate services at additional cost.

  12. Hosting

If the Client does not provide hosting:

    • OKRA™ may provide hosting for $5 USD per month
    • The Client may transfer or cancel hosting at any time
    • NBLK® is not responsible for third-party hosting uptime, outages, or performance issues.

If you choose to move to your own hosting, we will provide what is needed for the transfer. A one-time setup or transfer fee may apply per current OKRA™ add-on pricing.

  13. Delivery Timeline

After wireframe or concept approval, the rebuild is typically delivered within approximately seven (7) days.

This timeline depends on Client responsiveness, content availability, revision timing, and scope complexity.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  14. Ownership

Upon full payment of the base price:

    • the Client owns the rebuilt design and code delivered under this product
    • the Client may use, modify, or transfer the deliverable

Until full payment is completed, NBLK® retains ownership as described in the Master Terms.

  15. Performance and Results Disclaimer

Website / App Rebuild OKRA™ provides a functional rebuilt digital presence on OKRA™ infrastructure.

NBLK® does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, or search engine ranking improvements.

  16. After Your Build: NNX1® and NBLK®

Completing a project with OKRA™ gives you an account on NNX1® (www.nnx1.com), our small-business diagnostic engine.

NNX1® provides a comprehensive picture of your business—assessing your company alongside industry, market, and demographic data, and offering recommendations across the major indicators of business performance.

For deeper data infrastructure, cloud, and automation work beyond what the OKRA™ product covers, those services are provided through our parent company, NBLK® LLC.

  17. Building Something Else?

These Rebuild Terms are for rebuilding an existing website or app on OKRA™ infrastructure.

  18. Acceptance

By purchasing Website / App Rebuild OKRA™, the Client confirms they understand:

    • what is included in the base rebuild product
    • that anything not explicitly listed is not included
    • that additional requests may require additional fees
