Website OKRA™ – Product Terms of Use

Website OKRA™ provides a structured, professionally designed website intended to establish an online presence for small businesses.

This product is designed for foundational business use and does not include fully custom or enterprise-level development unless separately agreed in writing.

The base price for Website OKRA™ is $399 USD.

This price includes only the features and scope explicitly listed in these Terms. Any additional features or requests outside this scope require additional fees.

A $100 USD refundable deposit is required to begin your project. The deposit:

• reserves your project slot and starts your wireframe (the initial layout of your site),
• is applied toward your base price when the project moves into build,
• is fully refundable if you review your wireframe and decide not to continue within the 72-hour review window described in the Design Process and Revision section below.

Once the wireframe is approved—either by you approving it, or by the 72-hour window passing without a response—the deposit is applied to your total and the build begins.

Your Website OKRA™ project includes up to sixty (60) minutes of live consultation, split across the project:

• Initial consultation: up to thirty (30) minutes to understand your business and plan your build.
• Revision-round follow-up: up to thirty (30) minutes during your revision round, if needed once you become a client.

This is enough time for us to understand your business and build it right. Keeping our sessions focused is part of what keeps our pricing low—the low cost depends on efficient, well-prepared consultations.

If a conversation goes beyond the included time, or turns into deeper product discovery, strategy, or planning (for example, defining a larger app, custom workflows, or data and automation work), that work is handled under the NBLK® Consulting Services Agreement (Form CSA-121-N1) at NBLK®’s standard consulting rate, with a two-hour minimum. We will always let you know before anything becomes billable.

The Website OKRA™ base product includes:

• One (1) custom website consisting of up to four (4) pages total (Home page plus three additional pages selected by the Client)
• One (1) primary call-to-action (CTA) function (such as book, call, quote, or buy)
• One (1) basic contact or inquiry form
• Mobile-responsive design optimized for standard devices
• Application of Client-provided branding elements including colors and basic styling
• Deployment to a live domain or hosting environment

The website is built using a structured layout system and is not fully custom-coded from scratch unless otherwise stated.

The Client may provide all required content, including text, images, branding materials, and service details, up until the time the wireframe revision and approval period ends.

Content may include:

• text and page copy
• images (up to fifteen (15) images included)
• one (1) video if applicable
• logo and branding materials
• business details and service descriptions

If content is not provided by the end of the 72-hour review and approval window, NBLK® may proceed using placeholder or stock content.

NBLK® may include stock images at its discretion that are reasonably related to the Client’s business or service.

The Client may optionally request stock media under the following pricing:

• $2.50 USD per image
• $30 USD for a full stock media package (images and video)

If branding elements such as logos are not provided, those sections may be left blank or minimally styled.

Once the website is delivered, the Client may update content at any time through the provided CMS (content management system), enabling real-time updates.

NBLK® is not responsible for content accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance.

Website OKRA™ follows the standard OKRA™ design process:

• A wireframe or structured layout is created after deposit
• One (1) revision round is included at the wireframe stage
• The Client must submit all revision requests in a single consolidated submission

Additional revision rounds beyond the included round will require additional fees.

Failure to submit revisions within the 72-hour review window will result in automatic approval and progression to build.

The best results—and the lowest cost—come from starting with your base build and a few add-ons, launching it, and letting real customer response guide what you add next.

As you use your site, you will see clearly what you actually need. Each addition can then be made as a small, separate build, quoted individually and scheduled after your base site is live. This keeps your cost low and your project moving, and avoids the delays and added cost that come from trying to define everything up front.

Add-ons extend your site beyond the base scope. They are quoted separately, priced per the current OKRA™ add-on pricing, and are typically sequenced after your base site ships.

You can add them whenever you are ready—there is no need to decide everything at the start.

The following are not included in the base Website OKRA™ product:

• additional pages beyond four (4)
• advanced animations or custom interactions
• e-commerce systems, payment gateways, or checkout systems
• membership systems or user login systems
• advanced SEO strategy or ranking guarantees
• custom integrations beyond basic setup
• ongoing updates or maintenance
• accessibility compliance certification
• legal policy creation (privacy policy, terms, etc.)
• unlimited revisions

Any of the above may be available as add-on services at additional cost.

If the Client does not provide hosting:

• OKRA™ may provide hosting for $5 USD per month
• The Client may transfer or cancel hosting at any time
• NBLK® is not responsible for third-party hosting uptime, outages, or performance issues.

If you choose to move to your own hosting, we will provide what is needed for the transfer. A one-time setup or transfer fee may apply per current OKRA™ add-on pricing.

A base Website OKRA™ build does not include a database, automation, or custom algorithms. If you add these:

• A basic managed database is available at $10 USD per month.
• Backend setup, workflows, and automation are quoted separately per current OKRA™ add-on pricing.
• Substantial data, automation, or algorithm work is handled through our parent company, NBLK® LLC, under a separate consulting agreement (Form CSA-121-N1) and a separate build agreement.

If you move to your own infrastructure, your raw data is transferred to you securely, recurring fees stop, and you become responsible for your database, automation, and compliance from that point forward.

The Client is responsible for:

• purchasing and maintaining their domain
• providing access to domain or DNS settings if required

If NBLK® assists with setup, the Client remains the owner of all accounts.

After wireframe approval, the website is typically delivered within approximately seven (7) days.

This timeline depends on:

• Client responsiveness
• content availability
• revision timing
• third-party platform requirements

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Upon full payment of the base price:

• the Client owns the website design and code
• the Client may use, modify, or transfer the website

Until full payment is completed:

• NBLK® retains ownership
• the website may not be transferred, reused, or deployed independently by the Client

Website OKRA™ provides a functional online presence.

NBLK® does not guarantee:

• traffic or visibility
• lead generation or sales
• search engine ranking

Results depend on external factors including competition, market conditions, and Client activity.

After delivery, the Client is responsible for:

• managing and updating content through the CMS
• maintaining hosting and domain
• ensuring legal compliance of website content

NBLK® is not responsible for issues arising from Client-made changes after delivery.

Completing a project with OKRA™ gives you an account on NNX1® (www.nnx1.com), our small-business diagnostic engine.

NNX1® provides a comprehensive picture of your business—assessing your company alongside industry, market, and demographic data, and offering recommendations across the major indicators of business performance.

For deeper data infrastructure, cloud, and automation work beyond what the OKRA™ product covers, those services are provided through our parent company, NBLK® LLC.

NBLK® reserves the right to refuse or terminate website projects that include:

• illegal content
• hateful or discriminatory material
• misleading or fraudulent business practices

By purchasing Website OKRA™, the Client confirms they understand:

• what is included in the base product
• that anything not explicitly listed is not included
• that additional requests may require additional fees
